| Games with the zone |
Hey guys! This was a pretty interesting week. Last P day, we went bowling, then we went and played sports.
Then on Tuesday, we had transfer meeting. Elder Neuman went zone last and he is up in Stafford now. Elder Davis and Elder Grimaud also went zone leader. Elder Turner, Elder Walsh, and Elder Gehring went home. Now I am with Elder Richardson. He is so super awesome!! He is 6' 4" and he is from Las Vegas. He has been out for 16 months.
On Wednesday, we had a super solid lesson with the Hamiltons. A few weeks ago, she told us that she wanted to talk to us. So we finally went over. When we got there, we showed her the talk by Elder Renlund on repentance from this past general conference. Then she told us that the reason why she wanted to talk to us was because she didn't want us to come over anymore. But that morning, she prayed to God and asked him a question. Then in the video we showed, it answered her question. So she said to keep coming over!! It was such a powerful lesson.
On Thursday, we had Raymond, one of our new investigators, come over to the Mitchells for a lesson. It went really well. He is getting baptized on the 28th of this month!!
Then on Saturday, it finally snowed!!!! So we spent all day shoveling people's driveways and sidewalks.
Yesterday, church was cancelled because of the snow. Literally everything was dead this weekend. No one was on the roads. People here are so scared of the snow. And it only snowed about 3 inches. So we went to the Chancellor ward's sacrament meeting.
Today, I'm gonna have to go buy a bike. Then we are gonna play more sports, as usual.
I hope everything goes well with you guys back home!! Have fun and stay safe in the snow, if you have some. Love and miss you all! Here are my pictures and videos. Some of them are from a while ago.
